At third node, we analyzed thirty brands across six sectors.

The analysis reveals five gaps in brand governance, thought-leadership content, leadership visibility, digital readiness, and employee advocacy. These gaps reflect the actual patterns of market understanding of brand and its value.

The core finding: revenue size and operational years do not predict brand maturity.
